Surviving the Holidays Group

A little support for a complicated season.

Space for how you actually feel.

The holidays can bring stress, anxiety, and depression alongside the pressure to feel festive. This group combines learning and support to explore self-compassion, connection, pacing, and nervous system regulation—and to make room for meaning and hope.

Hello! I believe that genuine therapeutic connection and a collaborative environment can foster healing, safety, and confidence throughout the therapy journey. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly safe, heard, and supported. I meet each client where they are and use evidence-based practices to create an individualized and intentional plan for therapy.

I currently work with adolescents and adults and provide both individual and couples counseling.

I am working toward specializing in chronic illness, medical trauma, and disability. My own experience with chronic illness showed me the importance of having medically informed mental health providers. Illness, injury, and chronic conditions can be isolating and misunderstood, and I hope to provide a welcoming and validating space for those navigating these experiences.

Neurodiversity is another area of focus for me, and I have a strong passion for supporting neurodiverse clients. I also work with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and other mental health concerns. I am passionate about working with diverse and marginalized populations and providing multicultural care.

My approach is warm, open, compassionate, and judgment-free. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, somatic practices, artistic therapies, and trauma-informed approaches. I also offer faith-based spiritual integration when desired by the client.

I believe nobody should have to carry their struggles alone. You are welcome here just as you are!
